Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking a Senior All-Source Analyst to support United States (U.S.) Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Forces Unified Strategic Intelligence and Operations Nexus (FUSION) task order. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
LOCATION: Charlottesville, Virginia
Salary Range: $97,000 - $158,000 annually
Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI Clearance, adjudicated within the past five (5) years

Responsibilities:
• The Senior Intelligence Analyst will serve as the principal for analytic tradecraft and methodological rigor.
• The Senior Intelligence Analyst will work directly with Government leadership, branch chiefs, and analysts to ensure that all intelligence production is underpinned by sound, objective, and advanced analytical practices.
• Serve as the primary resource for improving the quality and defensibility of contract analysis.
• Guides analysts in the selection and application of appropriate methodologies, including SATs, quantitative and qualitative methods, and other advanced analytical tools to address key intelligence questions.
• Participates in project kick-offs and in-progress reviews to ensure a sound
methodological foundation is established at the outset and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Performs final contract reviews of all FINTEL products against the government-approved checklist, with a specific focus on ensuring compliance with all Analytic
Tradecraft Standards, the clarity and logic of the assessment, and the degree to which the product answers customer needs.
• Provides training and mentorship for new and existing analysts on the principles of high-quality intelligence assessments, tradecraft standards, and production processes.
• Serve as the lead technical representative on matters of tradecraft, methodology, and assessment production as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
• A Master's degree or higher in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and a minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• -OR- a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
