Research Innovations, Inc. (RII) is breaking through the big, slow status quo with transformative technology that fundamentally improves the world. We build advanced software solutions for government and military missions, applying agile development and user-centered design to solve complex, mission-critical problems.

Dragonfly is RII's next-generation electromagnetic spectrum operations platform, combining advanced sensor integration, GPU-accelerated signal processing, artificial intelligence, and autonomous spectrum operations to deliver real-time spectrum awareness, passive target detection, electronic warfare support, and mission-focused analytics across man-portable, vehicle-mounted, maritime, and airborne environments.

We are seeking a Mission Solutions Engineer to drive the growth, deployment, and operational success of Dragonfly across the Department of War, and U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). Serving as the critical link between customers, engineering, and business development, this individual will lead technical engagements, demonstrations, training events, and field deployments while capturing operational requirements that shape future product capabilities. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in Electronic Warfare (EW), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO), SATCOM, or related RF mission areas, and possesses the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into mission outcomes for both operators and senior decision-makers. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role for someone passionate about delivering operational advantage and influencing the future of spectrum dominance technologies.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
