Minimum Qualifications * RF Engineer 3 - 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience. * RF Engineer 4 - 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience. * RF Engineer 5 - 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience. * Experience working with CITEL Working group processes, documentation, and regional telecommunications coordination. * Knowledge of communication systems, including link budgets and basic radio theory. and foundational orbital mechanics. * Understanding of national and international spectrum policies, regulatory processes, registration, and coordination. * Familiarity with ITU Radio Regulations and U.S. spectrum regulations. * Experience with U.S. and ITU documentation related to WRC activities. * Strong analytical and creative problem solving abilities with attention to detail. * Clearance: Must possess an active secret security clearance.
