Job description

Job Title: Super Tech/Sr. Field Engineer
Location: Non-locals are fine however must relocate their own and work in NE market
 
 
Responsibilities
️ Installation & Commissioning
• Install, integrate, and commission Samsung equipment to Samsung standards.
• Install, Commission and integrate Juniper ACX seriers routers to manufacturers and Samsung specifications.
• Support On-Site Field Work, technical work, installations, testing, and troubleshooting of backhaul, transmission methodology.
Integration & Testing
• Work with RF engineers and remote testers to ensure site readiness and KPI compliance
• Execute RMA process including field trouble-shooting, replacement and administrative completion. Process may require interfacing with customer, subcontractors and multiple groups within Samsung organization.
• Conduct or assist in all field engineering activities in support of field trials (FIT/FOA/FFA).
• Execute RF field test plans for technology features and performance.
• Accountable for driving field integration testing efforts (FFA/FIT/FFA) of all 4G/5G key features with customers, including test plan development, reviewing test plan with internal teams, driving cross-functional teams to execution, review of test results, issue identification, analysis and quality proofing.
• Manage field engineering walk/drive testing,
• Perform ad-hoc field testing as needed.
