The successful candidate will be responsible for the Program execution and leadership across these disciplines.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of Integrated Teams:Lead the Integrated Product Team (IPT) focused on an RF system within the platform, guiding a diverse set of managers and individual contributors across various disciplines to include: Structures, Survivability, Mission Systems, Manufacturing, Software, and Systems Engineering.

  • Team Execution; Drive programmatic execution for the RF Integrated System. Develop, track and communicate metrics to quantify technical and business performance, organize all EVM reporting and analysis.

  • Customer Engagement:Interface daily with customers and Boeing program office teams.

  • Supplier Execution: Provides Technical Management of Supplier(s) Execution

  • Safety Management:Oversee the safety of personnel and products throughout the design, production, and operational phases of integrated capabilities.

  • Technical Leadership & Engineering Excellence:Foster a proactive environment for technical oversight and risk management, ensuring the integrity of systems engineering and mission assurance across Boeing and supplier domains. This includes supervising various engineering functions such as Electrical, Structures, Survivability, Software, Specialties, Production, and more, as well as managing the execution of components from one or more suppliers for the RF system.

  • Process Optimization:Drive the implementation and adherence to engineering excellence in personnel, processes, tools, and methodologies, while consistently evaluating and enhancing engineering processes for better performance.

  • Collaborative Engagement:Partner with functional teams to ensure that process inputs and outputs align with established requirements.

  • Capability Focused:Guarantee that all components, including hardware and software built internally or externally for the RF System, meet the programmatic and engineering objectives.

  • Coaching & Skill Development:Enhance the skills of managers and team members through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance assessments.

  • Resource Management:Strategically plan and coordinate the allocation of resources to achieve program objectives.

Export Control:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Berkeley, MO.

Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically and/or internationally depending on business needs.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).

This position requires ability to obtain Special Program Access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.

Potential signing bonus for eligible/qualified external candidates.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • Bachelor degree in a related engineering field

  • Minimum 3 years of engineering leadership experience.

  • Experience managing risks, cost performance, and schedule performance across multiple engineering disciplines.

  • Experience integrating complex systems

  • Demonstrated experience communicating effectively at multiple levels (direct reports, peers, executive leaders, and customers)

  • Proven track record of execution in a development environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Master's degree or higher

  • Experience supporting a Proprietary Program

  • Experience working with and leading Supplier(s)

  • Experience across multiple phases of the product life-cycle

  • Experience working in Cameo, or similar Model Based Systems Engineering tools

  • A final U.S. top secret clearance preferred.
