Senior Manager, Product Manager- Migration Strategy & Ecosystem Readiness

About the team:

We are investing heavily in Bank Modernization to simplify how we build, launch, and service financial products. As the Senior Manager, Product Manager- Migration Strategy & Ecosystem Readiness, you will report directly to the Director of the Migration Domain. This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role , where you will translate our overarching program vision into an intentional, seamless strategy for millions of customers.

In this role, you will lead the definition of the migration scope, simplification strategies, and target-state customer and business experiences. You will guide product analysis, business rules, and future-state design decisions, while serving as the primary quarterback ensuring that our broader ecosystem including operational processes, associate servicing, training, and customer communications is systematically prepared to support both our associates and customers throughout the migration journey.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
    • A Bachelor's or Masterโ€™s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
OR
  • Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidateโ€™s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
