Job description

We are seeking a Creative Technologist specializing in creating scalable AI-assisted creative workflows, 3D scene automation, motion graphics pipelines, and solving our clients most pressing content scalability challenges. Operating at the exact intersection of production engineering and visual design, you will define AI-driven workflows, build automated systems and content pipelines that brand artwork into dynamic environments as part of a broader content supply chain
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Collaborate with C&T and client teams to document and diagnose current state content production workflows, technology and data flow opportunities
  • Build content production workflows to automate 2d and/or 3D content
  • Develop automated motion graphics pipelines for short-form campaign video loops, incorporating intelligent camera reframing (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and localized asset replacement across global markets
  • Architect custom automation bridges using Model Context Protocol (MCP), ComfyUI node graphs, and AI-native coding environments (Cursor, Claude Code) to link 3D software directly to Adobe Firefly Services and legacy DAMs
  • Leverage and recommend AI, technologies and other APIs required to automate content production
  • Partner directly with Art Directors and 3D Designers to ensure automated pipelines maintain precise, pixel-level specular control and strict brand visual fidelity

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Deep hands-on experience in Blender, Substance 3D, or Cinema 4D, including procedural shader graphs, lighting setups, and render engines (Cycles, Octane, Redshift)
  • Experience scripting After Effects (ExtendScript/Expressions) or procedural video pipelines for dynamic aspect-ratio reframing and localized batch rendering
  • Hands-on integration of creative and content APIs especially Adobe, ComfyUI workflows, local generative models, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) bridges. Agentic coding and Python experience a plus
  • Experience advising senior creative, agency and marketing executives on content technology, automation, pipelines and AI for content
  • Familiarity with the broader content supply chain and content technology ecosystem including, project management, data management, content optimization, enterprise DAM webhooks, and cloud API token management and other technologies
