The Sr. Digital Analyst has hands-on experience with digital analytics tools to perform analysis and identify behavior insights, a solid ability to tell data stories, and is a problem solver who is passionate about creating remarkable digital experiences driven by digital data. We're a team of 30 in the US with global and consulting partners. We partner closely with the Consumer Office and lines of business to measure the effectiveness of digital properties used by millions of customers.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The position requires experience in digital analytics, relationship building skills, and proven ability to think strategically in the complex and evolving healthcare environment
  • Develop and distribute reporting to track digital performance and engagement, business trends, and other metrics
  • Perform in-depth analysis across multiple websites and/or mobile applications to understand digital behavior and uncover key areas for improvement to drive engagement and success
  • Translate results into clear insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement to websites and campaigns
  • Manage key projects by ensuring alignment and understanding of program/project scope, facilitating meetings, and ensuring deliverable are met
  • Establish tracking requirements for new features and work with the implementation team to participate in UAT as those features go live

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of digital analytics experience working with large, distributed teams
  • 2 years of demonstrated experience utilizing the Adobe suite of web analytics products (e.g. Workspace, CJA)  
  • 2 years of demonstrated experience with digital analytics implementation support, including effectively interpreting business needs into Adobe analytics solutions and running analytics QA/UAT through the development process to production release.
  • Experience and proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing the analytics lifecycle, including testing methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing session replay tools, Glassbox, DataDog, Fullstory or similar
  • Proven ability to act as a subject matter expert on best-in-class digital analytics, consulting with stakeholders to enable the best possible view to consumer behaviors
  • Proven ability to develop learning and optimization plans collaboratively with data science, web analytics, and business stakeholders
  • Proven ability to gain an in-depth knowledge of website architecture, KPI's and customer goals
  • Proven ability to manage customer expectations appropriately and keep projects on schedule and within scope
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, with multiple remote teams, at one time
  • Proven ability to provide regular status updates to the leadership and quickly escalate potential issues
  • Proven effective communication skills with a variety of different stakeholders

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
