• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions that address a diverse array of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' unique situations and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their needs and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Offer crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans in cases of acute distress or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state-specific laws to ensure the highest level of ethical practice.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care that aligns with clients' overall health strategies.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them to community resources, support services, and programs designed to enhance their personal and social development.
• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in training, workshops, and case reviews to ensure that your practice remains up-to-date with the latest methodologies and insights.

This licensed social worker will primarily focus on a young demographic, including children, adolescents, and young adults who may be navigating complex emotional and social challenges. You will work directly with clients to help them achieve their therapy goals, offering a safe space for them to express their feelings and concerns. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred, providing a solid foundation in clinical practice and psychosocial dynamics.
• A valid Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license is mandatory to practice in this role.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical social work setting is required, preferably with a focus on mental health.

• Exceptional attention to detail is required for accurate clinical documentation and compliance purposes.
