On behalf of our Financial client, Procom is searching for a Full Stack Engineer - Capital Markets (React + Java) for a 6-month role. This position is a remote position based in New York, New York, 10036 United States. Candidates must reside in NY to be considered. Please note sponsorship is unavailable.
Full Stack Engineer - Capital Markets (React + Java) - Job Description:
This role supports the Capital Markets line of business by delivering full stack development solutions primarily using React and Java technologies. The developer will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable applications and APIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
Full Stack Engineer - Capital Markets (React + Java) - Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain front-end applications using React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Design and implement backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into detailed design specifications and code.
• Conduct unit testing and support production issue troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
• Lead initiatives to improve development frameworks, standards, and operational efficiency.
• Review code and provide technical guidance to team members as needed.
