Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience developing web applications using React.js.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Solid understanding of React.js lifecycle, hooks, and component patterns.
Experience with state management (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, or Context API).
Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, or React Native is a plus.
Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite, etc.).
Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
As a Lead:
Lead the front-end development team, guiding architecture decisions and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and enforce best practices.
Drive the adoption of new technologies and frameworks where beneficial.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines.
Ensure application scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Oversee deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines for front-end cod
