Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

  • Lead requirement gathering and solution design for investment advisory, client onboarding, and portfolio platforms.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across product, compliance, and technology to align business goals with digital capabilities.
  • Analyse client behaviour, product performance, and operational data to support strategic decisions.
  • Oversee UAT, change management, and post-deployment reviews for key initiatives.
  • Contribute to regulatory and risk assessments related to wealth products and platforms.

Skills:

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among senior stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in high-impact projects.
  • Ability to influence strategic direction through data-driven insights and business acumen.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s/Masters in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 10–20 years of experience in business analysis, with strong experience in wealth management or private banking.
  • Deep understanding of advisors/RIAs engagements, reporting and experience.
  • Deep understanding of investment products, client lifecycle, and digital platforms.
  • Overall understanding of capital markets in general.
  • Good technology orientation, understanding of data and data base concepts.

  • Exposure to Agile delivery, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and CRM platforms.
