Job Responsibilities :

The Senior Retail Marketing Manager develops and manages Razer's regional retail marketing strategy. This role leads the creation of retail promotional campaigns that build the Razer brand and drive product sell-through at retail, owns the associated budget and resource allocation, and ensures all outputs meet brand guidelines and retailer deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements retail and channel marketing plans that support corporate objectives and grow market share and profitability across products and services.

  • Develops and manages channel partner programs, promotions, contracts, and account activities.

  • Forecasts, builds, and manages market development and co-op budgets.

  • Analyzes sales reports and market trends to identify priority channels and account targets.

  • Serves as the liaison between marketing and sales to keep marketing plans and sales activities aligned.

  • Tracks the effectiveness of retail marketing programs and informs pricing, promotion, and program decisions to meet sell-through and ROI goals.

  • Partners with the internal design team and external agencies to develop promotions and promotional materials that increase sell-through and ROI.

  • Leads the preparation and delivery of point-of-purchase, point-of-sale, and merchandising materials to distributors, retailers, and store locations to support in-store promotions.

  • Prepares and presents ongoing performance reports to sales, marketing, and executive leadership.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites :

QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • 5+ years of retail or channel marketing experience, including direct ownership of marketing budgets and promotional programs.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, brand, and retailer/partner accounts.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executive audiences.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Works independently and can prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.

  • Strong organizational and project-management skills.

  • Education / ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Salary Ranges (per annum):

$91,658.00 - $152,764.00
