ob Summary: The Quality Control Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems to ensure products and services meet established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. The role oversees inspection processes, quality audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies, procedures, and standards.

· Lead and supervise QC inspectors, technicians, and quality personnel.

· Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

· Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify quality issues.

· Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance reports.

· Analyze quality data and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality concerns.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

· Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement, and other departments to improve product quality.

· Manage supplier quality evaluations and audits.

· Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

· 5+ years of quality control or quality assurance experience.

· 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
