What is a senior quality assurance professional?

Senior Quality Assurance (QA) professionals are experienced specialists responsible for ensuring that products and services meet established quality standards before they reach customers. Their extensive experience allows them to mentor junior QA staff, manage complex testing projects, and contribute to the overall strategy for quality management within an organization.
