We are looking for a Senior Manager of Data Analysis & Audit Productivity to join our Audit Center – Audit Technology and Transformation team.


What you will do
  • Leverage Databricks to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, automate data processing, and support advanced reporting and analytics initiatives across the audit practice.
  • Utilize Microsoft Power Automate and PowerApps to develop workflow automation solutions, reducing manual effort, improving process consistency, and enhancing stakeholder experience.
  • Develop end-user dashboard solutions to aid our engagement teams in project managing their audits, and to assist leadership in their ability to centrally monitor audit progress nationally
  • Lead and manage the updates, maintenance, and support our audit teams with the use of our automated budget dashboard and milestone monitoring dashboard
  • Lead and manage the updates, maintenance, and support our national office with the use of mining data from a globally supported solution, KCw Data Mining
  • Coach, supervise and review the work of junior team members, including audit project coordinators, data analyst and the Central Data Support Team (includes data engineers, software developers and data scientists)
  • Lead the junior team members through design, build, testing, and deployment of new or updated solutions, ensuring quality and operational excellence, and sufficient documentation of testing results  
  • Proactively improve internal audit processes and leveraging automation, analytics, and AI tools to address them
  • Liaise with subject matter experts’ teams to identify the need for, and obtain access to information that supports our automated and centralized processes
  • Proactively contributes to the creation of presentation materials and quarterly reporting relating to data activities for stakeholder discussions (national and global).

What you bring to the role
  • Technical: 7+ years of experience
    • Post-secondary degree in computer engineering, mathematics, data science, or related disciplines
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (specifically with Power Query and VBA) and Microsoft Power Platform (including PowerBI, Power Automate, and Power Apps)
    • Intermediate proficiency working with databases
    • Intermediate proficiency in Python (or similar scripting languages) for data processing, automation, and analytical workflows
    • Experience with QA testing, including ability to create test plans, test cases, execute test cycles, etc.
    • Exposure to AI agent tools and generative AI capabilities, such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms
    • Understanding of integrations, APIs, SharePoint Online, ServiceNow, or comparable enterprise platforms
    • Relevant Microsoft, Azure, Power Platform, or AI certifications are considered an asset
  • Soft Skills: 5+ years of experience
    • Ability to translate business needs into clear technical work items and help teams move from intake through build, testing, release, and sustainment
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex data challenges
      Self-Starter who identifies gaps in processes and advocates solutions for improvement
    • Experience and ability to coach, supervise and review the work of junior employees, as well as managing and coordinating expectations of stakeholders

The expected base salary range for this position is 110,500 to $165,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards.
