Job Summary:
KPMG US is a leading provider of audit, tax, and advisory services. They are currently seeking an AI Engineer to develop and implement generative AI solutions, collaborating with senior engineers and product managers to meet business requirements and enhance product features.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement core components of generative AI solutions; build robust, scalable features aligned with business requirements
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to understand feature requirements and contribute to the technical design of AI agents and orchestration patterns
• Ensure code quality and reliability by writing unit tests, participating in code reviews, and utilizing enhanced evaluation frameworks
• Drive product advancements by developing RAG pipelines, context engineering modules, and integrations with services like Azure AI Search and Databricks
• Deploy and maintain AI microservices by optimizing performance and scalability that meets high standards
• Engage in agile development processes including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Qualifications:
Required:
