Job Title: Data Warehouse Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Warehouse Analyst to partner with business users and technical teams to design, develop, and support enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence solutions. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, building and maintaining ETL processes, developing reporting assets, and ensuring reliable, high-quality data is available for analytics and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have experience with data warehousing, BI tools, SQL, and data analysis, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse components, including:
    • ETL/ELT processes
    • Database structures
    • Data views and reporting assets
  • Monitor and validate data warehouse feeds to ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including:
    • Data dictionaries
    • Data catalogs
    • System architecture diagrams
  • Develop and support BI and reporting solutions using modern analytics platforms.
  • Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Provide Level III support for BI and decision support systems, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance existing reporting capabilities and develop new analytics solutions.
  • Prioritize and execute work requests based on business needs and project timelines.
  • Support mission-critical applications operating in a 24/7 enterprise environment.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across data and analytics platforms.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–10 years of experience in data warehousing, reporting, business intelligence, or analytics.
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
    • Snowflake
    • Informatica
    • Power BI
    • Tableau
    • Cognos
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Data Warehousing Concepts
    • Data Modeling
    • ETL/ELT Processes
    • Relational Databases
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as:
