Job description

Thinkfind is seeking a Senior Analyst, Delivery Support Analytics to support healthcare consulting engagements by transforming complex supply cost, utilization, and clinical data into clear, actionable insights.
Job Details:
  • This role plays a critical role in identifying cost savings, reducing unwarranted clinical variation, and supporting data-driven decision-making across Physician Preference Items (PPI) and Med-Surg service lines.
  • The analyst partners closely with consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure analytical outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with client delivery priorities.
  • This is a hands-on analytical role that goes beyond report creation.
  • The Senior Analyst applies judgment, context, and storytelling to help consultants and healthcare leaders understand what the data is actually saying and what actions are worth pursuing.
  • Responsibilities include benchmarking, gap analysis, pricing and contract review, utilization analysis, opportunity identification, and presentation development.
  • The role also contributes to improving analytical standards, documentation, and repeatability while informally mentoring junior analysts.

Requirements:
  • This position requires 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in healthcare, supply chain, consulting, or a related analytical environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables; macros a plus) and PowerPoint a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Strongly prefer experience working with healthcare supply cost, utilization, or clinical data related to Physician Preference Items (including Surgical Services) and/or Med-Surg service lines.
  • Familiarity with service line analytics supporting savings identification, utilization optimization, and standardization initiatives.
  • Experience with SQL, Access, or other data query tools.
  • Experience supporting consulting, delivery, or client-facing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., analytics, business, healthcare, economics); advanced degree a plus.
