Job Description
Turn Data Into Insights That Drive Outcomes
At Vanguard, we put investors first-and that means using data to make better decisions and deliver better outcomes. As part of the Technology Leadership Program in the Data Analyst track, you'll transform data into insights that inform business strategy, improve operations, and enhance client experiences. Through hands-on projects, capstones, and rotational experiences, you'll strengthen both your technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
The Technology Leadership Program is a two-year rotational development experience designed for graduating students ready to begin their careers in technology. Participants complete three eight-month rotations across Data & Analytics-focused teams, gaining exposure to different business areas, data domains, and analytical challenges while increasing ownership, responsibility, and leadership capability over time.

  • Take ownership of projects and contribute to delivering high-impact results

  • Collaborate across teams, share insights, and drive solutions in a supportive environment

  • Build a network with program managers, alumni, senior leaders, and peers

  • Meet regularly with your department manager and program manager to receive personalized coaching and mentorship

What it takes:

  • Strong interest in using data to solve business problems and influence decisions

  • Familiarity with analytical tools or technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI)

  • Demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and ability to take ownership of work
