Job description

ALLIANCE is building a Data and Development Department to strengthen how data is used across the organization and to support informed, data-driven decision making. The Senior Data Analyst plays a critical role in advancing these efforts by transforming complex data into clear, accurate, and actionable insights that support business and operational teams.

Working closely with a cross-functional data team that includes data engineers, software engineers, DevOps, and analysts, this role independently leads the exploration, preparation, and analysis of data across multiple systems and datasets. The Senior Data Analyst leverages SQL and Python to perform advanced analysis, validate data integrity, and develop reports and dashboards that help uncover trends, measure performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
