Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance Salesforce reporting and dashboards for Business Development
  • Analyze pipeline and awarded contracts by development phase, therapeutic area, region, customer, and BD representative
  • Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, deal size, and forecast accuracy
  • Own and deliver monthly executive reporting decks, highlighting key trends and insights
  • Translate data into clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for leadership
  • Track and present KPIs including win rates, pipeline coverage, average deal size, and new customer growth
  • Lead monthly business review meetings with segment leaders and present to senior management
  • Partner with BD leadership to drive performance, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in FP&A, sales operations, or other analytical roles
  • Advanced Salesforce reporting; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (Power BI/Tableau a plus)
  • Proven ability to present to senior leadership and communicate complex data clearly

Preferred Attributes
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pipeline management
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all analyses and deliverables
  • Executive presence with confidence leading senior-level discussions
  • Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environments is a plus
