Responsibilities

BlueTriton Brands, Inc. dba Primo Brands seeks Senior Data Analyst [multiple positions] in Northbrook, IL

Duties: Support the ReadyRefresh business by unlocking technology stack and work with functions to maximize technology investment and leverage the systems in the most efficient and effective ways. Perform descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics in SQL, Azure, PowerBI, and MS Excel using statistical models or industry accepted tools. Provide automated data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers. Provide expertise and translate the business needs to design; and develop tools, techniques, and metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization. Respond to data related inquiries in real-time to support business and technical teams. Provide analytical insights to enable growth strategies for the ReadyRefresh business. Work with business functions to understand how the business works and how data can help unlock opportunities. Responsible for establishing appreciation and adherence to the principles of data quality management, including metadata, lineage, and business definitions. Telework acceptable up to 3 days per week.

Salary: $142210 to $152210 per year

Requirements:

Job requires Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related quantitative field plus 5 years of analysis or reporting experience with data warehouse and data mart concepts. Required experience must include each of the following:

  • 5 years of experience in MS SQL Server or Oracle database platforms.
  • 5 years of experience working with BI Data Analysis or Visualization Tools;
  • 5 years of experience in Microsoft Excel including PowerQuery and PowerPivot.
  • 3 years of experience in quantitative analysis and statistical modelling.
  • 3 years of experience developing ETL solutions.
  • 3 years of experience with programming language “M” or Data Analysis Expressions (DAX).
  • 3 years of experience with data migration and storage solutions in cloud platforms including Synapse, Databricks, and Snowflake.
  • 2 years of experience in the high-volume CPG distribution industry.
  • 2 years of experience in Root Cause Analysis for Customer Retention.
  • 2 years of experience working with Python to develop business solutions and textual analysis for pattern recognition.
  • 2 years of experience in productivity analysis of direct operations and sales.

Telework acceptable up to 3 days per week.
