Job Description
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience
10+ years of experience in the software engineering industry, with a focus on AI/ML and GenAI solution development.
Experience in building APIs using Fast framework and Open API Standards.
Deep understanding of various AI/ML/GenAI techniques, including:
oDeep learning
oNatural language processing (NLP)
oComputer vision
oReinforcement learning
Hands-on experience in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
Rich understanding of LLMs, vector stores, and search algorithms.
Experience with AI/ML/GenAI frameworks and libraries including:
oTensorFlow
oPyTorch
oscikit-learn
oLangChain
oHugging Face Transformers
Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML/GenAI solutions in production environments.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with a strong drive for innovation and problem-solving using out-of-the-box tooling and automation suites.
Extensive experience with data analysis and manipulation using SQL, Pandas, and similar tools.
Extensive experience with RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (MongoDB), and vector databases.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience
Experience with MLOps principles and tools.
Exposure to Agentic Framework and MCP protocol.

This individual should possess deep expertise in AI/ML/GenAI technologies, demonstrate a strong hands-on approach, and have the ability to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions while providing technical leadership and driving innovation.
Job Duties
Drive the identification and evaluation of new AI/ML/GenAI technologies and tools to build innovative solutions and enhance existing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and business stakeholders, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Mentor and guide junior engineers on AI/ML/GenAI development and deployment best practices.
Stay current with advancements in AI/ML/GenAI technologies and proactively identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies.
Lead the development of proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility of new AI/ML/GenAI solutions.
Contribute to the development of internal AI/ML/GenAI platforms and frameworks.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI/ML/GenAI solutions in production environments.
