We intuitively deliver this through Marcel Make, the world's first Intelligent Content agent. The result? Predictively performing content that unlocks business growth in unprecedented ways.
No more guesswork. No more waste. Just content that works, working a lot harder.
Overview
The Senior Project Manager within the Creator Studio is the operational backbone of social-first content production-connecting clients, agency partners, creators, and internal teams to deliver high-volume, always-on work.
This role goes beyond traditional project management. You will lead the orchestration of organic social content pipelines, ensuring ideas move quickly from concept to creation to publishing across multiple platforms.
You are a trusted partner across disciplines, with a deep understanding of platform-first production, creator workflows, and real-time content needs. You bring structure to fast-moving environments, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables stay on track-without slowing down creativity.
The Senior Project Manager is expected to manage large-scale content programs or multiple concurrent workstreams, often supporting ongoing social campaigns, rapid-turn content, and reactive opportunities tied to cultural moments.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple concurrent social-first projects or one large, complex content program ($1MM+)
  • Manage always-on organic social content pipelines, from intake through delivery and publishing
  • Partner closely with creative, strategy, and social teams to bring platform-native ideas to life quickly and efficiently
  • Lead project planning across short-form video, static, influencer/creator content, and real-time executions
  • Build strong relationships with account/engagement leads and support client communication around timelines, deliverables, and expectations
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to clients and agency stakeholders, confidently leading conversations around timelines, production approach, scope, risks, and delivery expectations
  • Navigate fast-paced, iterative workflows with shifting priorities tied to trends, platform changes, and cultural moments
  • Develop and manage project timelines, scopes, and resourcing plans across high-volume content needs
  • Collaborate with creators, editors, and production teams to ensure content is optimized for each platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Lead project kickoffs and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Own status reporting and proactively communicate risks, updates, and opportunities
  • Track project progress, manage budgets, and monitor burn rates in partnership with finance
  • Manage feedback loops, approvals, and multiple review rounds in a fast-turn social environment
  • Partner with resourcing to ensure the right talent is in place for evolving content needs
  • Support new business and organic growth opportunities tied to social and content production
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying workflow efficiencies for high-volume social production
  • Establish documentation standards that improve knowledge sharing and future project scalability
  • Develop and own integrated project plans, production timelines, dependency mapping, and critical paths across complex social programs
  • Anticipate operational risks, identify mitigation strategies, and proactively drive resolution across cross-functional teams
  • Build scalable workflows and systems that improve team efficiency and delivery quality.
  • Forecast staffing needs and partner with Resource Management to ensure appropriate team allocation across evolving priorities

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, production, or account management within an agency or content studio
  • Strong experience managing organic social media content and always-on campaigns
  • Deep understanding of platform-first creative (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and social trends
  • Experience working with high-volume content production and fast turnaround timelines
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex workflows across multiple stakeholders
  • Financial acumen, including scoping, budgeting, and burn tracking
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with content production workflows, including video and creator/influencer content
  • Client-facing experience with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Smartsheet, Float, or similar
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple disciplines.
  • Experience with production planning and operational workflow development.
