We are hiring for the role of Senior Project Leader (OCM Administrator). Below are the key details:

Role Overview
This role serves as the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Administrator supporting IT-focused work efforts across enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity/infrastructure initiatives, software development, and digital transformation projects. The selected candidate will drive change engagement, readiness, and adoption strategies for IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as OCM workstream lead; liaise with other workstreams and report on scope, budget, risk, and resources

  • Coordinate OCM tasks/activities, monitor execution, perform quality reviews, provide status reports, escalate issues

  • Coordinate development and completion of OCM project materials

  • Review and provide feedback on OCM deliverables, ensuring alignment across workstreams

  • Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria, timelines, budget, and quality standards

  • Track key project milestones for OCM-related projects

  • Identify and communicate OCM opportunities to achieve project goals

  • Facilitate OCM workstream meetings, workshops, and implementation activities

  • Tailor change strategies across varied IT project types

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and technical teams on stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans

  • Develop and maintain OCM artifacts (impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, resistance management plans, sustainment plans)

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years business/industry experience; 1–3 years project/program leadership or change management experience

  • Knowledge of PMBOK principles and change management practices

  • Strong communication, presentation, and training delivery skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

  • Ability to manage multiple enterprise-level projects and stakeholders

  • Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and team-building abilities

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
