What you'll doAs a Senior Project Engineer, you'll take on a leadership role in delivering complex projects while mentoring junior staff and ensuring technical quality. You'll also:
» Lead and coordinate project design efforts.
» Apply engineering principles and judgment.
» Review and validate calculations, plans and reports.
» Identify and resolve discrepancies.
» Proactively address project challenges.
» Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted technical advisor.

What it takesIdeally, you'll have a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. If you have eight or more years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably at a professional consulting firm, we want to talk. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required, or the ability to obtain reciprocity[EM1] . Ideally, you will also:
