We're seeking a Senior Project Manager with heavy Project/Program Management oversight and strong knowledge of engineering design bid-build, CM/GC and progressive design-build delivery methods. The successful candidate will join a team of knowledgeable and supportive program and project controls professionals to apply their related knowledge as well as perform technical support of large Capital Improvement Programs.Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You'll Do

  • Heavy Project/Program Management oversight with strong knowledge of design bid-build, CM/GC and progressive design-build delivery methods.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, project teams, key stakeholders and colleagues while maintaining composure in rapidly changing environments; adjusting priorities and approaches as needed to meet evolving demands.

  • Manages project control activities and resources in engineering through all capital project lifecycle phases on client capital projects.

  • Oversees all cost estimating, budgeting, cost management and control, scheduling, configuration management, and management information system and reporting activities within an aviation project/program.

  • Reviews, analyzes, and interprets project design budgets, schedules, and costs to ensure conformance with authorized scope, time, and financial requirements.

  • Reviews, analyzes, and monitors actual project performance related to cost and schedule management activities.

  • Participate in logistical, delivery and work force planning with project personnel.

  • Attend project progress meetings and track work progress, budget and schedule.

  • Maintain liaison with client and other consultants at all project stages.

Qualifications You Need:

  • BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field with 15+ years of project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Extensive experience with multiple project delivery methods including progressive design-build.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills required.

  • Skilled in resolving conflicts and diffusing tense situations among team members or stakeholders, promoting a harmonious work environment.

  • Proficiency with MS Office programs required.

  • Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.

  • Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients' toughest challenges.

  • High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.

Additional Information

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of$220,000 - $260,000 annually for this position and local market.
