The ServiceNow Developer (Sr. Associate) will serve as a hybrid ServiceNow developer and product owner, working closely with business stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather and prioritize requirements, manage the ServiceNow backlog, and deliver technical solutions aligned with business strategies. This hybrid role includes requirements gathering, backlog management, prioritization, and hands-on development.Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

  • Relevant ServiceNow Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer)

  • Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and workflows.

  • Experience gathering business requirements and managing competing priorities.

  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

  • Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development.

  • Experience with Flow Designer, Automation Engine, and platform automation capabilities.

  • Experience designing and supporting integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and release management practices.

The estimated base salary for this job is $100,000 - $135,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $112,000 - $159,300 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
