Senior Program Analyst Job Description
  1. Provide program support to the Director, Deputy Director and Chief Technology Officer of the Platform Application Services Portfolio of PEO Digital
  2. Release Train Engineer for Platform Application Services
  3. Lead Agile Project Management Office (APMO)
  4. Maintain a two-year roadmap of deliverables being produced within Platform Application Services
  5. Manage the process for achieving exceptions to policies and designation of fit for purpose cloud by Echelon III CIOs
  6. Continuous Process Improvement Coordinator for Platform Acquisition Services Portfolio
  7. Knowledge Article Manager for PAS
  8. Manage projects as assigned
  9. Assist in understanding the DON Cloud Policy and implementing processes to support them
  10. Provide onboarding and ongoing support to all team mates regarding using ServiceNow
  11. Magnified output capabilities of Chief Technology Officer by developing systems and processes for him to approve.
  12. Create schedules for deliverables, integrate, and rearrange entries to make the Roadmap using a method I created.
  13. Process information from the requestor, respond directed CTO with concurrence of the CTO.
  14. Process information about initiatives from product owners of the PAS teams and assist formals document and research savings from those initiatives.
  15. Process and document requested information, write articles to be posted on the site. Review and update existing currency articles.
  16. Manage the migration of all PAS products to an enterprise service desk and track the development and approval of cross-domain solutions.

Requirements:
  • MUST HAVE A SECRET CLEARANCE
  • Experience supporting a wide range of data sources and report requirements including DoD, DON, and PEO Digital Initiatives. Creating new programs or solutions, analyzing previous submissions and resubmitting, new policies and procedures that impact the Echelon III customers.
  • Thorough knowledge of the SAFe module of ServiceNow and experience as a SAFE Scrum Master.
  • Experience with PAS.
  • Experience with Naval Commercial Cloud Services.
