A career as a Senior Analyst within the Legal Affairs - Capital Markets and Wealth Management team at National Bank means acting as a specialist supporting complex litigation and regulatory investigation mandates. This role allows you to make a tangible impact on the management of strategic files through your expertise in analysis, information management, and legal file coordination.
Your role
  • Assist legal teams in the full management of litigation and regulatory investigation files
  • Analyze and organize relevant information, including fact-finding, building chronologies, and analyzing transactional data
  • Prepare reports, summaries, analyses, correspondence, and legal documents independently or in collaboration
  • Ensure rigorous and structured management of documentation and files
  • Apply securities industry rules and standards in your day-to-day activities
  • Collaborate on the management and optimization of eDiscovery and case management tools

Your team Within the Capital Markets and Wealth Management sector, you are part of a team of specialists and report to the Vice President, Litigation and Regulatory Investigations, Capital Markets and Wealth Management. Prerequisites
  • Requires a 3-year Professional College Diploma (DEC) and 8+ years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor's Degree and 5 to 6 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills
  • Experience preparing legal documents and analytical reports
