The Big Task

As a Senior AP & Process Specialist, you will drive efficiency and scalability across the business by optimizing workflows, supporting accounting and operational processes, and ensuring systems work seamlessly together. You will play a key role in identifying gaps, improving processes, and supporting cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly and accurately.

Key Sub Tasks

  • Optimize workflows across departments by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements
  • Support and maintain ERP/CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and effective system utilization
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify discrepancies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate purchasing, inventory, and receiving workflows to ensure alignment with accounting processes
  • Manage accounts payable support functions, including invoice reconciliation, GL coding, and vendor statement reviews
  • Track purchase orders, warranties, and credits while ensuring proper documentation and compliance
  • Assist with system implementations, integrations, and automation opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Act as a cross-functional partner between accounting, operations, logistics, and leadership teams
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure consistent adherence to processes and procedures
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding items and hold teams accountable to operational standards
