Job description


This Senior Research Technologist will lead the execution and standardization of molecular and cellular assays, including cell culture, PCR, ELISA, flow cytometry, and cell viability assays, ensuring robust, high-quality data generation aligned with project objectives. This individual will also assist with small animal experiments. The role requires strong technical expertise combined with the ability to troubleshoot complex experimental challenges and contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory methods.
Beyond bench responsibilities, the position will serve as a cornerstone for laboratory operations, driving effective lab management, resource coordination, and standardizing processes within the lab and between collaborating labs. The individual will act as a key liaison across administrative and research functions, ensuring efficient navigation of institutional systems and enabling the team to operate with speed and consistency.
Qualifications
Requires bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or other relevant science with 4 years of research laboratory experience. Master's degree in biology, chemistry, or other relevant science preferred.
