Overview:
Power BI & Data Analytics Responsibilities:
  • Execute administrative tasks for Power BI, including license management, workspace governance, and capacity oversight.
  • Manage data sources, create new connections, and configure workspaces for seamless analytics operations.
  • Deploy Power BI dashboards and SQL objects (views, tables, stored procedures) to production environments.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Power BI Data Gateways to ensure secure and reliable data connectivity.
  • Build, schedule, and monitor ETL processes and stored procedures to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee system health and performance monitoring for Power BI environments.
  • Leverage Power BI REST APIs, SSRS, and Paginated Report Builder for automation and reporting solutions.
  • Develop and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards, including visualization, DAX measures, data modeling, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Implement tenant governance, resource management, and CI/CD pipelines for robust deployment workflows.
  • Utilize PowerShell, Power Automate, and Azure Data Factory to automate processes, integrate data, and enhance analytics efficiency.
  • Work with Snowflake, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric to support business analytics and data-driven decision-making.
