WisEngineering, LLC will conduct interviews over the coming weeks for an upcoming Executive Administrative support need.  The projected start date is August 15, 2026 and requires on site support at Picatinny Arsenal in Dover, NJ. Candidates must be US Citizens and able to obtain a secret clearance if required. 


Job Title: Executive Administrative Specialist - Program Support Analyst 

Location: Picatinny Arsenal, Dover, NJ

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site (5 Days Per Week)

Security Clearance: US Citizenship Required; Must be clearable/eligible for a Secret Clearance

Position Overview

The successful candidate will support the Director, Deputy Director, and Operations Team, as well as all activities related to the directorate and its staff. This includes the coordination, scheduling, and facilitation of high-level briefings, meetings, roundtable events, and senior project management reviews involving senior-level attendees and leadership. Providing critical communications containing key project management data and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders is essential in this role.

Core Responsibilities Executive & Strategic Support
  • Leadership Extension: Serve as a proactive extension of leadership, anticipating needs before they are voiced and protecting executive time to ensure priorities align with the mission.

  • Meeting Facilitation: Arrange and facilitate high-level briefings, roundtables, and Senior Project Management Reviews (SPMRs), including pre-event planning and on-site coordination.

  • Communication Management: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications to ensure key project management data is distributed accurately.

  • Travel Coordination: Generate and maintain all travel schedules, including status of orders, itineraries, visas, and theater clearances.

Operational & Task Management
  • Tasker/RFI Oversight: Coordinate distribution, consolidation, and tracking of official taskers and Requests for Information (RFIs).

  • Action Item Tracking: Monitor and track action items emerging from reviews and meetings to ensure 100% compliance and timely completion.

  • Policy Development: Support the development of project management policies and standard operating procedures.

  • Workflow Organization: Work behind the scenes to tighten communication flow, documentation standards, and coordination gaps to improve efficiency.

Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Technical Deliverables: Create and produce complex spreadsheets and executive briefing packages, often under short-turnaround timelines.

  • Dashboard Assistance: Support developers in data collection and analysis for project management dashboards to drive data-driven solutions.

  • Resource Analysis: Assist in the collection, distribution, and analysis of information regarding costs, personnel, facilities, and contracts.


Qualifications & Desired Attributes
  • Experience: Previous Department of Defense (DoD) executive level program support experience is highly preferred.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

  • Security: US Citizenship is required; candidate must be clearable/eligible for a Secret Clearance.

  • Pace & Volume: Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Deadline Driven: Proven ability to meet weekly and daily deadlines.

  • Organizational Alignment: Must adhere to disciplined documentation standards.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel (complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint (executive presentations).

  • Availability: This position requires on-site availability 5 days a week at Picatinny Arsenal.
