  • Change Management: Review, provide feedback, and approve team members' Release Plans; validate technical accuracy for network changes and represent the network team in Change Management meetings.
  • Lab Validation: Oversee Proof of Concept (POC) testing in lab environments for hardware/software validation, workarounds, bug fixes, and impact analysis.
  • Operational Excellence & Team Leadership
  • Mentorship: Actively mentor junior/mid-level network engineers, cultivate a collaborative learning culture, and drive internal knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Compliance Enforcement: Enforce strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), standard configurations, corporate change-control, and security policies.
  • Lifecycle Administration: Manage maintenance window coordination, asset inventories, hardware staging, peer reviews, and IP address management (IPAM).
  • Documentation: Maintain pristine, up-to-date documentation for all network systems (LAN/DC/Wireless/Firewalls) and deliver weekly operational summaries to management.

Requirements
