onsemi is seeking a talented and motivated Senior MTS (Member of Technical Staff) Process Integration for our semiconductor fabrication facility in Syracuse, NY.

  • M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in compound semiconductor technology development and/or manufacturing
  • Understanding ofsemiconductor physics and fabrication processes, with gallium nitride experience a plus 
  • Demonstrated ability totranslate highlevel objectivesinto actionable engineering plans and drive projects independently
  • Hands-on datadriven problemsolving skills using DOE, statistical analysis, SPC, 6sigma, and FMEA methodologies
  • Track record of leading or significantly contributing to technology development projects with measurable impact onperformance, reliability, yield, or cost
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical topics clearly to both engineering and executive audiences (in both written and verbal form)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced development environment 
  • Experience taking technologies from development into early manufacturing
