Job Title:
Senior Oracle VBCS Developer
Job Summary:
Next Generation, Inc., an Equal-Opportunity employer, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Process Cloud Service (PCS) for process automation. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong background in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) layer, with development experience in either Oracle ERP or HCM. This is a hybrid position with on-site visits to Alexandria, Virgina.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement process automation solutions using VBCS and PCS.
  • Integrate various applications and services using OIC and OCI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to VBCS, PCS, OIC, and OCI.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Oracle technologies and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in VBCS and PCS for process automation
  • Extensive experience with OIC and OCI layer.
  • Proven experience in developing solutions in Oracle ERP or HCM.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Job Benefits:
  • Competitive FTE salary range based on experience, education and geographical location of $120,000-$145,000 USD, or approximately $75-120 per hour for contractors.
