Development experience in migrating Oracle 10x-11g modules.
Experience taking from initial requirements through implementation  Job Description:  The ideal candidate will have experience in OAM 11G to hit the ground running.
Required capabilities:
OAM 11g Suite experience
OAMS (Oracle Access Management for Mobile and Social)
Oracle Secure Token Services 
OAM integration with OIM 11g for password reset
Experience installing, configuring and implementing Identity Management stack (Oracle IDM, OIM, OID, OAM, OIF, ODSM) or similar products.
