Job Description:

**Role Summary**
We are seeking a highly experienced **Senior Oracle Database Engineer / Lead** to play a critical role in designing, engineering, and operating enterprise database platforms while driving **modernization, automation, and cloud adoption initiatives**.
This role will act as a **technical leader and subject matter expert (SME)** across Oracle platforms and will contribute to **cross-platform database strategy**, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization across the enterprise.

**Required Qualifications**
- 10+ years of experience in **Oracle Database Engineering / Administration**
- Deep expertise in:
- **RAC, Data Guard, GoldenGate, ASM**
- **Exadata platforms (on-prem and cloud)**
- Strong experience in:
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting large-scale systems
- Hands-on experience with:
- **Cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)**
- **Automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)**
- **Scripting (Python, Shell)**
- Experience in:
- **High-availability and mission-critical production environments**
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with:
