Collaborate with the ERP team manager to gather user requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications. Design, develop, and optimize complex Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, and database objects. Create reports using Oracle Report Builder and BI/XML Publisher. Customize Oracle Forms and web pages in alignment with business requirements. Design and modify workflows using Oracle Workflow Builder. Use JDeveloper to develop and enhance Java-based application pages. Develop and maintain technical documentation for development processes, customizations, and extensions. Create and execute test plans and scripts; perform unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
