A propos du role

En tant que Conseiller OPS Senior au sein de notre firme de consultation SFT, vous jouerez un role pivot entre les equipes de developpement et la gestion operationnelle. Vous serez le garant de la stabilite, de la securite et de la performance des infrastructures critiques de nos clients. Votre mission combinera l'expertise technique de pointe sur Linux et l'automatisation (DevOps) avec une vision strategique de l'architecture systeme.

Responsabilites principales

1. Gestion et Optimisation des Infrastructures :

  • Assurer la disponibilite, l'integrite et la performance des environnements sous votre responsabilite.
  • Tenir a jour les plans d'architecture d'infrastructure et participer a l'analyse des besoins pour la mise en place de nouvelles solutions.
  • Elaborer des plans de redressement pour les actifs presentant des ecarts de performance ou de conformite.
  • Piloter la planification des activites preventives (releve, mises a jour, graduation, surveillance et sauvegardes).

2. Automatisation et Culture DevOps :

  • Assurer l'automatisation systematique des taches recurrentes pour accroitre l'efficacite.
  • Mettre en place et optimiser les mecanismes de tests automatises (integration, securite et performance).
  • Contribuer a l'augmentation de la qualite et de la frequence des livraisons logicielles.
  • Assurer la robustesse et l'uniformite des processus de deploiement.

3. Support Expert et Diagnostic :

  • Realiser des diagnostics complexes lors d'incidents critiques et implanter des mesures correctives durables.
  • Soutenir les equipes de developpement et encadrer l'application des meilleures pratiques technologiques.
  • Mettre en place et assurer le bon fonctionnement des outils de surveillance (monitoring).
Profil recherche

Exigences techniques (Essentielles) :

  • Experience : Minimum de 5 ans d'experience pertinente dans des environnements technologiques heterogenes.
  • Expertise Linux : Minimum de 5 ans d'experience en administration de systemes Linux.
  • Maitrise technologique (3 ans+ d'experience requise sur chaque outil) :
    • Automatisation & CI/CD : Ansible, Jenkins, Git.
    • Surveillance : Zabbix.
    • Conteneurisation : Docker, Kubernetes, Podman ou Cri-o.
    • Virtualisation : VMware.
  • Langages de script : Maitrise de Python, Shell et PowerShell.
  • Web & Services : Solide connaissance d'Apache, PHP, NGINX et des services standards (NFS, Kerberos, NTP, SMB, Syslog).

Competences transversales :

  • Cloud : Bonne connaissance des environnements Azure ou AWS.
  • Architecture : Comprehension globale des infrastructures complexes (stockage, telecom, bases de donnees).
  • Documentation : Capacite a produire une documentation technique rigoureuse.
  • Langues : Maitrise parfaite du francais (ecrit/parle) et anglais fonctionnel.
