Integrity ISR, LLC is hiring Space Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Instructor/Developers to educate the US Space Force's newest Guardians entering intelligence career fields at Goodfellow AFB, TX. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and teaching dynamic Space Intelligence Fundamentals instructional material with a focus on critical thinking and active learning techniques. The most qualified applicants will possess recent experience in intelligence support/operations for the US Space Force, excel in learner-centric environments, and have a Certified Space Professional 2 (or equivalent) credential. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Instruct intelligence professionals on Space Fundamentals & Systems * Instruct intelligence professionals on Space Threats * Instruct intelligence professionals on SOSI & DA-ASAT * Instruct intelligence professional on Electronic Warfare concepts and capabilities * Instruct intelligence professional on Intelligence and Space Integration * Prepare students and classrooms for learning * Counsel, guide, lead, and mentor students as assigned * Foster an active learning environment - leading guided discussions and appraising student assignments * Evaluate student's mastery of desired learning objectives * Assemble student performance data for analysis and submit course completion reports * Develop and/or revise curriculum with a team Qualifications and Education Requirements * Applicants must possess a TS/SCI p ersonal security clearance upon hire and maintain that clearance as a condition of employment * MUST meet CCAF instructor qualifications. Bachelor's or higher-level degree from an accredited institution preferred * Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years working experience in intelligence career fields 1A8X2, 1N0X1, 1N8X1, 5IX,14N or service equivalent. * Certified Space Professional (CSP1) or equivalent Preferred Qualifications * Space Professional Certification (CSP2) or equivalent * Combined / Joint experience * 2+ years' experience working in a Space Operations Intelligence function * Deployment experience with Space Control capabilities. * ISR experience (Reconnaissance SQN, Collection management, etc.) * In-depth knowledge of adversary Space systems and tactics. * 3 years of teaching experience to include, but not limited to a Space Force or Air Force T or K prefix, another service equivalent, or teaching certification from a civilian institution
