Job description

We are looking for a Senior Network Operations Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise network environment. This is a hands-on operations role focused on network availability, troubleshooting, incident management, complex changes, and continuous service improvement within a 24x7 global operations model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex network incidents and major outages.
  • Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent corrective actions.
  • Plan and execute network changes, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance.
  • Support LAN, WAN, Data Center, Cloud, Security, and Load Balancing environments.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for L1/L2 teams.
  • Work with L3 engineers, vendors, architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive automation, process improvement, and operational standardization.
  • Support major incident, change, and problem management activities.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of network engineering/operations experience in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience with mission-critical network infrastructure.
  • Experience working in a 24x7 global support environment.
  • Strong ITIL knowledge across Incident, Change, Problem, and Major Incident Management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • CCNP Enterprise preferred; CCIE, Fortinet, F5, or Check Point certifications are a plus.
  • BFSI experience highly desirable.
