Looking for more than your next project?

Maybe you're looking for a firm where your ideas are heard. Where leadership is accessible. Where collaboration isn't just a buzzword, and your professional growth is genuinely encouraged.

Our client is an award-winning multidisciplinary A/E firm that believes great projects start with great people. They have built a culture centered around continuous learning, collaboration, accountability, and empowering employees to grow both personally and professionally. Team members are encouraged to solve problems proactively, support one another, and have a voice in shaping the future of the firm.

If you're looking for a place where your career can continue to grow—not just another place to stamp drawings—we'd love to talk.

✔ Meaningful healthcare, higher education, federal, and institutional projects

✔ Employee ownership structure that gives employees a real stake in the firm's long-term success and future direction.

✔ Leadership that invests in mentorship, career development, and regular one-on-one coaching—not just annual performance reviews.

✔ Flexibility through hybrid work options and support for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

✔ A company recognized as one of Indiana's Best Places to Work, with a culture focused on helping employees thrive professionally while making a meaningful impact in their communities.

What We're Looking For

  • PE or working toward licensure
  • 8+ years of consulting engineering experience
  • Experience designing electrical systems for healthcare, higher education, federal, or institutional facilities
  • Strong Revit experience
  • Knowledge of NEC and applicable building codes
  • Someone who enjoys mentoring others and collaborating across disciplines

Not sure you check every box?

If you've designed complex commercial electrical systems and think you'd be a good fit, we'd still encourage you to reach out. We'd be happy to have a confidential conversation.
