  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and support timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

At advanced levels, this role may also:

  • Provide technical leadership for digital workplace modernization, workflow automation, and Microsoft 365 platform strategy.
  • Mentor developers and support staff on platform capabilities, standards, governance, and best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional technical initiatives that improve collaboration, content management, productivity, and platform adoption.
  • Help establish scalable, secure, and supportable design patterns for enterprise collaboration and digital workplace solutions.

  • Six or more years of experience with SharePoint On-Premises, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and enterprise content management.
  • Strong technical experience with SharePoint Framework, React, Angular, .NET, C#, and ASP.NET.
  • Experience modernizing InfoPath forms and Nintex workflows, including migration to cloud-based Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting experience.
  • Experience with SharePoint migration tools such as ShareGate or AvePoint.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams management, integrations, Teams apps, bots, and Copilot or agent solution development.
  • Experience with Windows Server and IIS administration.
