The Work

As a Senior Software Developer, you will build and own the platform powering financial clarity for businesses from SMEs to Fortune 500 enterprises. You will own full‑stack feature delivery across front‑end, server‑side, and database tiers — leveraging Azure to craft scalable, resilient cloud solutions at the core of a fast‑growing SaaS product. You will shape technical direction and mentor fellow engineers within a you‑build‑it‑you‑run‑it team that holds itself to the highest standards. If you are energized by complex distributed systems and want to make a measurable impact on how the world manages its finances, this is the opportunity for you.

What you’ll do
  • Partner with architects and product managers to design, estimate, and deliver cutting‑edge features across the full stack — front‑end, server‑side, and database tiers
  • Leverage Azure services to build powerful, scalable, and resilient cloud‑native solutions
  • Improve software applications and own delivery pipelines and feature flags, ensuring seamless integration and deployment
  • Drive rigorous unit, integration, and non‑functional testing — including performance and security — to guarantee production‑ready software
  • Use observability tools and logging to diagnose and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments
  • Stay ahead of tech trends, engage with the broader tech community, mentor fellow engineers, and lead technical design and code reviews
  • Continuously improve team operations, processes, methodologies, and technology choices, holding every practice to a high standard
  • Ensure all work meets quality, operational, and architectural standards, contributing to the organization’s broader success
  • Embrace the team’s YBIYRI (you‑build‑it‑you‑run‑it) model, including active participation in the on‑call pager rotation
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of application development experience
  • Experienced and proficient in application development guidelines, cloud architecture, and deployment
  • Deep expertise in ASP.NET/Core and C#, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
  • Hands‑on experience with Azure Services, Azure DevOps, and designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
  • Proven track record to influence and mentor developers within an agile team environment
  • Skilled in reviewing and estimating user stories as part of an agile delivery process
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with hands‑on experience in production application support
  • Solid understanding of Windows operating system principles and administration
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus
