Job description

Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join their engineering team supporting LPL Financials. This role focuses on building and enhancing cloud-native, mission-critical web applications for a high-performance order entry platform, requiring strong technical leadership and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain high-volume, low-latency applications using C#, .NET 6+, Angular, jQuery, MS SQL Server.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective technical designs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
• Perform code reviews, pair programming, and mentor junior team members to ensure coding best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across UI, API, and database layers.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and maintain services in AWS cloud environments.
• Ensure development standards including secure coding, unit testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization are consistently upheld.
• Write and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of hands-on experience with .NET (C#), Angular, JavaScript, and relational databases such as SQL Server.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience working with AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and foundational software engineering principles.
• Proven experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern responsive UI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience using Git, Visual Studio, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred:
• Experience as a Tech Lead mentoring teams and guiding solution architecture.
• Experience working with microservices, event-driven systems, or serverless architectures.
• Strong understanding of logging, cloud monitoring, and application performance tuning.
• Experience writing automated unit tests, integration tests, and implementing test frameworks.
