Job description

Position Summary... What you'll do...The Senior Manager will lead the implementation of business solutions by building strong stakeholder relationships, identifying business needs, and executing key processes and initiatives. The position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas and reports to the Director of Inbound/Outbound Transportation. This is an on-site role and is not open to remote or hybrid candidates.
The team is responsible for designing and implementing solutions that optimize load planning across the middle mile network. It plays a critical role in driving business growth within outbound transportation by collaborating with multiple stakeholders to unlock optimization opportunities. In addition to managing optimization processes, the team focuses on automating workflows through AI-driven solutions to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
Business Partnerships
  • Consults with senior leadership business partners e.g. Sr Directors/Directors to understand overall goals/functional objectives decipher key business challenges identify tactics to anticipate and mitigate business challenges/issues and develop potential success/criteria.
  • Focuses efforts on items that have maximum impact to the business
  • Contributes to business area strategic planning by providing input and actionable recommendations and solutions to senior leadership based on advanced research and analytical findings.
  • Engages with Data Science, Product and Engineering for tools developments and assists with developing Business and Product requirement

  • Leads the adoption of AI frameworks to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
