Job description

As a Finance Systems and Data Senior Analyst you will take the lead to access, analyze, interpret, and report complex Finance data to support and elevate organizational processes and enhancements.
Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to identify and recommend strategic data needs that support significant business decisions related to the organization's workforce.
Collaborate with senior Finance leaders, key stakeholders, end users and project team members to identify and resolve issues regarding all phases of assigned projects including assessment, design build, testing, training and implementation.
As required, provide leadership on project tasks. Provide ongoing support of business application systems as needed in support of production operations to ensure functionality and effectiveness of finance systems and applications.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of seven (7) years experience in an Information Services/Information Technology environment working with client/server and/or database concepts.
Minimum of two (2) years development experience with SQL (views, functions etc.), Crystal, Tableau or Workday.
Minimum of two (2) years experience working with Finance systems and processes supporting business customers, end users, and ERP Systems.
Proven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools and methodologies.
Proven experience leading committees, projects and activities.
Proven ability to fully use and apply standard principles, theories and concepts related to technical discipline.
Experience with clinical, hospital and / or financial applications and / or systems.
Required Credentials
Certified Workday Professional (e.g., Workday Pro, Workday FIN, Workday Report to Pay) completed or in process.
Preferred
Progressively responsible work experience as a Systems or Reporting Analyst or equivalent.
Experience managing medium to large projects using standard project management skills, tools and methodologies.
Experience working with Workday including architecture, business process setup, foundation data model structures and interfaces with related systems.
Continuing technical education requirements of minimum 20 hours per year.
Compensation Range
$118,174.00 - $177,262.00 per year
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
